Team Manager

Our team manager sucks! She is basically checked out and organizes nothing now after a few years, she does drink a lot though, but no one else will do it and her child starts only because she is team manager and it really hurts the team! We are playing SPL/RPL and basically are paying so much more than other teams for travel, hotels. If anyone has had similar situation, how do you "fire" a team manager even if only to take over the travel part of it.
