What are the rules on this? U12 play ups are supposed to be rostered C1

Not always followed but that is what the book used to say.

But apparently you can pull a whole first team up and play them down against 2nd and 3rd team kids and smaller clubs without a deep talent pool. There isn't much age difference in a younger U13 and an older U12. They are both 00s. Next year might be more interesting if they stay up against U14s
