      Obviously the U16B teams from the other states don't think participating in R3PL is worthwhile this coming season which opened up an additional spot for Cobb FC Premier. Georgia has 4 teams in this division while SC, NC and FL each have only 2 teams. And overall these teams are much less competitive teams than the R3PL teams from past years. There's only one team from the top half of last year's U15B division from outside the state of Georgia that's returning this season. End result, a very diluted and weak R3PL division for these players to compete in this year.
