      Tophat is undoubtedly the strongest club on the girls side at U13 and below, but their top teams are not made up of kids who live close to their fields! The kids come from all over metro Atlanta in part because of the belief that the club can offer them access to the highest levels of competition and the best possible exposure to college coaches. If individual parents start to believe that Tophat isn't offering this anymore then they will move to a club that will. If ECNL does become the way to go, and Tophat doesn't have access to that then it's reasonable to expect some migration, especially if it's provided to parents at a location closer to their home and at a lower cost than offered by Tophat.
