      Other states don't have this rule, why should GA?

      Rural areas with less qualified HS coaches, could bring in local higher qualified club coaches to help with training.

      Puts club teams restrictions on high school coaches who coach club in that area

      7th and 8th grade players might have to switch club teams because their club coach also coaches at the high school they will attend.

      Just a few, plus the rule is out-dated and pointless.
