Before the pretense of trying to protect the "integrity" of the game, only your powerhouse nations and clubs with pounds of greenstuff, silver & gold, and the infrastructure to trade on a grand scale could compete. Now that the cat is out of the bag because the snakes lost the stranglehold on world fussball, they want to finally use better oversight and current technology. Watch as small countries, island peoples, and unheard of principalities compete due to more level circumstances. It will be more difficult for the rich territories to recruit young kids or colonize for the chance at capturing raw talent. There is no reason why the USMNT cannot put together a world class unit and system except for misuse of funds. You have too many making millions betting against us.
