VIN number question?

Ok, all, I got my VIN from the dealer, tho he seems to know nothing about when it will actually arrive...but I'd love some help in deciphering/verifying it. I can tell that it's a Honda, made in Canada, and a 2003 model, but how can I get more info out of the numbers?

For example, can I tell the color or trim level? And how can I tell what number it was in the production line?
