IMHO, most people would think the 'Fern' color
is grey unless they have the grey to compare it to. So wether the carpet is grey or fern is a matter of opinion.
But, go look at a Ody that has fern. The carpet, dash, seats, everything is the same color that is used in the Pilot. Looks kinda grey to me
