The window issue may be a design defect or just a defective part. The "chatter" in the steering is likely to be overinflated tires. I remember many of the 02 CR-V owners having a similar problem with their tires being overinflated when brand new. But most of all don't worry too much as it is expected that your vehicle will have at least a few little problems being so new. Being a completely new vehicle in every way you are likely to have to make a few trips to the dealer in the first few months. Congratulations on your excellent ride.
