There are dealers here that are loading the Pilots with stuff. They are adding towing pkg, running boards, after-market sunroofs, air and bug shields, etc. Need I say more.

Which dealers did you visit? I saw the same thing with a few. They were very non-committal when I tried to place a deposit one month ago. One actually told me that they would add a "market adjustment" and/or force the customer to buy DIOs.

Did find one, however, that did not play any games. Salesman just added my name to the order book (would have allowed me to order if I wanted) and promised me MSRP and the options I chose. Last time I checked - he still had a May-build vehicle if you are interested...

Of course, the transaction has not been completed, but I have been impressed with what he has told me so far...

The dealers I am referring to are Brookdale and Richfield Honda. What dealer still has a May build left?

Don't even bother with Hopkins Honda - I found the same experience with them too.

I went to Buerkle Buick/Honda in Saint Paul. Worked with a salesman named Jim Raaf. Seemed to be a good guy and was very straightforward with me and my wife. Again, have not completed the transaction, but he does seem to be trustworthy. Buerkle just built a new showroom, so apparently they receive some special allocations over and above what they would normally receive...

He had a couple left the last time we spoke - which was about a week ago...Good luck - let me know how it goes.
