The world of 'work' has got in my way, so my reading of the book has had to be suspended for a while. No good reading it when I can't concentrate and enjoy it!

Incidentally, I ordered a 'spare' copy from Amazon US which only took 5 days to arrive here in the UK, which is an awful lot quicker than my copy direct from McFarland did! One interesting difference between the editions is that the Amazon copy is printed on different paper; it has a yellowish tinge (the McFarland copy is 'pure white') and appears to be not quite as good a finish as the McFarland copy. The cover - and contents - are the same though.
