CHILL FACTOR (aka Cold Night's Death)

I indeed have a washed out dvd-r bootleg of this (along with washed-out dvdrs of some Trackdown episodes, Outrage, & The Hanged Man; I must be a Culp fan!) and it is indeed a creepy, disturbing film-- something that would NEVER get made for T.V. today...while we could never get a Culp box set (different studios and producers), you'd think some company might try a Best of 70s TV flicks boxset, as there are so many good (and/or notorious) 70s tv movies out there...
