I recently was checking out our links at the top of the FORUM page, and discovered that the "I SPY Definitive Site" is no longer around. I want to thank both "Kelly and Scotty" who created the site
and THE FORUM for all their efforts along the way. Since then, I have been looking for a way to put up the "I SPY" Theme in their place. (But I needed to find a version that was not .wav format, which Network54 doesn't recognize.)
After Russ' posting about the KLTV site, I started hunting around again. (See what good stuff happens when you stop by, Mr. Conway!

) I don't know how long KLTV's Nostalgia Marathon site will be up and running, so I kept on looking.
And I came up with a double hitter ....
First, I found a lovely article from VARIETY about the "TV Theme Tribute" night honoring Earle Hagen and other composers. The evening, "Another Opening, Another Show: A Celebration of TV Theme Music," was hosted by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (the Emmy guys) in early October. I just added the link to this article to "Our Magnificent Maestro Honored" thread where the event is highlighted along with photos of the honorees and presenters in the posts following it ....

Here's that article from VARIETY - "TV Theme Songs: Salute to the Giants"

And secondly, if you look at the bottom of the article, you'll find two TV Theme websites!! TA-DAH!!! ... "I SPY's" theme is there (and not in .wav format) !!! So if you are ever in the mood for a quick listen to the wonderfulness of the "I SPY" Theme, check at the top of the FORUM page, in the No. 1 spot - because it is now waiting for you - right there !!!!
And here's the link for hundreds of TV Themes - including a "Name That Theme" Game.

Check it out and have Fun!!!
As always,
Tatia
