Happy Birthdays are in order

Though I haven't posted recently, I continue, as always, to be entertained and informed by the site. I particularly wish to second Dotterer's spirited uncertainty with regard to the afore-mentioned fan literature. I can only imagine in time we'll see "Hickey and Boggs: Brokeback Cops".

Anyway, I wanted to alert the group that January is a big month in the Culp household. January 9th was the 45th birthday of Joseph Culp and today, January 15th, is Jason Culp's 47th birthday.

I attended Joe's humble bash last week, where I spent most of the evening sitting next to and engaging in topical conversation with the senior Culp, who looked quite dapper in his blazer, dress shirt, jeans and signature tennis shoes. We mostly discussed the writer's strike and the state of movies. No mention of a possible love connection between agents Kelly or Scott was discussed.

Tatia, I thought it would be a fitting tribute if you put up some shots of the middle and youngest Culp boys (respectively) from "Vanity, Said the Preacher" in honor of their passing another year.

Keep the good work, keep the torches burning, long live "I Spy".

Your ever humblest,

MBF
