Robert Culp Video at the L.A. City Council

Here's a short video of our Mr. Culp speaking before the L.A. City Council last month regarding stopping the L.A. Zoo's Elephant expansion project. Unfortunately the Council voted against the proposal, and the project is proceeding. We had posted the news stories earlier on the FORUM.
