Now we all know that Cowboy stars of the 50s and 60s did commercials for their sponsors - and cigarette companies were big sponsors back then.


And Hoby Gilman was no exception ...







Here he is (check out that hair style) with lots of his compatriots pushing the tobacco message.
(If they only knew then, what we know now!) .... and exactly "what" was Matt Dillon and Miss Kitty really smoking there???
