Response to I love it!

I'm afraid I must step in - having personally known Nancy Culp, Sheila Sullivan, Carol Connors and Candace Culp,
I take exception to the seemingly flippant tone being taken with regard to Bob and the women in his life.

Nancy Culp, Bob's second wife, looks nothing like any of the other women he was with. Tall and dark, with a dancer's
body, she was very ethnic looking (she was Eastern European Jewish, but could have been Greek, Italian or even Middle Eastern), where all of Bob's subsequent women were very much not. Of all his children, Jason probably most resembles his mother.
Also, if Tatia can locate the one episode of "Trackdown" she appeared in, you'll get an even better idea of what she looked like.

Sheila Sullivan, as her name suggests, was quite Irish looking and she did share a passing resemblance with Candace. Carol
Connors was short and dark, but not statuesque like Nancy.

Also, just for the record, Bob loved Nancy to her dying day, long past the time their marriage ended. They
became good friends and confidants - in many ways she was the person who knew him best (maybe besides
his kids and Cos) - and when they were together, there was a feeling like two old friends coming together,
united by time and experience and of course - their four children.

Sheila was probably the love of Bob's life and their break up devastated him - I know, I was there. As for Candace,
though they share a daughter, I'm not sure if they'll ever become friends.

Carol Connors was more a transition, a Hollywood romance to ease the pain of a terrible loss -

I can promise you, in the wee small hours of the morning, or any time of the day or night, he NEVER mistakens the
name of any of the women he has loved.

Yours always,

MBF
