Thought this article was interesting - though sad and scary! But note the cities and countries involved - sounds like it would've made a good I Spy episode ... anyone want to suggest a plot?

BTW, are there any active I Spy fan fic sites or boards out there? I've found some older ones, but nothing that looks active anymore except slash, which I'm not into.
