Hello folks,

I just snagged as many of the "I Spy" DVDs I could get my hands on.

I'm missing some of them: Volumes: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and I think 16.

Do you have a guide/checklist to the DVD's? They aren't listed as volumes at Amazon, so I'm at sea trying to figure out what to look for.
Thanks!

Thanks so much!

Thank you very much! I knew you would have the score.

As, always, the fount of info.

Wow, it looks like I'm doing OK. I may have actually ordered all of them. I already had the Robert Culp collection...priceless!

I saw one of the box sets going for a small fortune, so I finally gave in and ordered the disks individually. With shipment, it works out to about $1.50 an ep, so I can deal with that. Caiman at Amazon Marketplace had them for about 1.50 or so per disc, plus $3 shipping. Not horrible.

I see that you can now download I Spy eps from Amazon for about $10. You can view them for $1.99 each.

Nah. I'd rather have these, plus it's cheaper and they're colorful collectibles.

I'm still a fan. I miss having the show on here in the Philly area, but I'm sure glad it was on. After all these years, FINALLY gettng to see it. So many Star Trek actors, so I was right at home!

I just dropped out of posting for awhile because of an obnoxious and ubiquitous fan over at some other boards (she was on several Culp/GAH boards, always posting about how she hated a character that had a thing with Bill Maxwell in "Hero"--in a episode Culp wrote. *shutter*). But, it appears that one board is now defunct, which is a shame; it was full of good info about Mr. Culp. Whew! What an actor.

That and I'm busy! Which is good. But, yes, still a fan, and I know of a cool board where I can drop by and say "hello" once in awhile.

Thanks again!

By the way

December 18 2007, 6:30 PM

While in pursuit of other things, I stumbled across a PDF of the DVD Laser Disc Newsletter with an extended review of the I Spy DVDs. You may have seen this before as it dates from 2002, but I didn’t recall having read it. Here’s the link: http://www.dvdlaser.com/Issues/0202.pdf. The section on I Spy is entitled “Buddies” and runs from page 23 through page 32.

Regards—
