I can't help it. I love "The Girls Next Door". FINALLY, Robert Culp showed up in one of the eps.

"There's Something About Mary" is the ep. name, which aired last night(1-6-08)

He's sitting in on the boys nite, while Hef discusses a bio pic about the life and times of the famous publisher.

RC still has tons of hair!

It's always good to see him.

And It is Repeated Tonight and Tomorrow

January 7 2008, 8:00 PM

Hi Betsy,

Thanks for the "sighting" ....

I'm so out of it, I thought The Girls Next Door was some kind of Martha Stewart cooking show with ladies in gingham aprons baking pies or something. Boy, when Tatia's wrong, she's wrong.

"The Girls Next Door" (for the rest of you un-informed peons like me) is Hefner's show about his 3 girlfriends (he's down to 3 these days??) It's on E!

Here's the link ....

AND it says that "There's Something About Mary O'Connor" will be repeated tonight 9/7/08 at 9:30 PM and again on Tuesday night 9/8/08 at 10 PM ... so tune if you are so inclined. Sounds like something for everybody!

As always,

Tatia

Tatia,

Do you know what time zone the show times you listed are for?

Hi Mona,

These are EST ... but may be adjusted in your area.

I admit it, I watched it tonight .... don't blink or you'll miss Bob.

It's mainly Hef in his black P.J. and his three girlfriends - no I.Q. tests given here - with lots of blonde hair and snug T-shirts.

"Manly Night" looked a tad boring - Hef talking about a book about himself and coffee cake.

As always,

Tatia

More On Hef & The Girls . . .

January 13 2008, 3:39 PM

A few years ago Hef and his harem chartered a private railroad car and had it attached to the rear of one of Amtrak's Los Angeles-San Diego Pacific Surfliners. Here's a video of their escapade:

http://www.eonline.com/thevine/player.jsp?channelID=search&mediaID=16774

When watching it, from a safety standpoint, I was holding my breath in that scene where the train was doing about 79 MPH and Kendra was spining around on one foot just inches away from the extreme rear of the train. All it would have taken would have been a little slack action at the wrong time and she would have been pitched over the back railing of the train. I guess when you have bu'u ku'u bucks, you can pretty much forget about safety considerations. The lawyers can sort things out later.

It's sometimes an interesting show, but I don't think I'm gonna rush down and buy the entire series on DVD.

Russ
