Where's Roman? He was originally in the compound, but what happened to him?

Could there be a reason Roman is missing? Is there somethign going on with Roman we aren't aware of yet? (Keeping fingers crossed that the story still has a few twists and Tony isn't behind everything.)

all the victims, including Marlena and Jennifer are missing. This makes no sense. We should be seeing Jack and the others trying to escape. Jack was the first one to put the blame on Tony and was investigating him, causing Jack to be the second victim. Jack was the only victim to try and escape and find the MM's hideout. Yet now Jack is not only not seen but not even mentioned. All the victims are not even part of this storyline, while folks with absolutely no connection, until recently, are on ever darn day and are taking over the victim's storyline. The actors believed they were fired -- whether it was planned all along or was revised out of viewer disgust does not matter -- they should have a story now because many were off camer for nearly nine months. Of course the hack JER screwed up, and yet again fell to his unimaginative writing. He could have had a good story showing the islanders dealing with their situations, some could be strong, some could break down. Maggie could flirt with alcoholism; Jack with his former past; Victor could find love with Caroline and see he made a mistake years ago when he took power over her. There could have been mystery as to who was helping the MM. There could have really been a shocking twist as to who the MM was. Instead it has become camp so pathetic it makes Ed Wood's movies seem brilliant.
