Can we stop calling characters useless? Please!!!

You might not like a character, but they could be my favorite. Your favorite character could be useless to me.

Fine, say characters you don't like, but that doesn't mean they are useless.

I.E. I like Shawn (Sr. not Shawn-D), but he is never on screen so why fuss with him. Besides, if you got rid of him and Celeste who would ever watch the kids? Their parents? (snorts in an un-ladylike manner)

I do agree it would be wonderful to have Daphne and Renee back on screen, sadly Brenda Benet who played Daphne died about 22 years ago and I have a hard time seeing anyone else in the role.

Brian Scofield and his brother Tanner and girlfriend Molly. Ah...dem wer da days.....

You see I like shawn sr. I always have I didn't care how he pushed kayla and bo aside and favored kim and roman, but he is the brady patriarch and I just want to hug him sometimes

Brenda Benet played Lee Dumonde, Renee's mother. Daphne DiMera was Tony and supposedly John's mother.

You see I would have loved to find out that daphne was behind the island now that would be interesting.

A character being useless or not is an opinion. I don't mind someone saying my faves are useless to them.
