I love Martha she is doing an amazing job as the adult verson of Belle, I hope she stayes I did not care much for Kristain Storms anyways she was to kiddy acting.
its not the sound of the voice and I never would insult her looks because yes she is a beautiful girl, but she was whiney on the show in general and I can't see her as a twentysomething character, Martha is doing awesome....
I did give her a chance, and I never had anything against her portrayal as belle in fact I have always liked the character, I only wished she would have been portrayed as a stronger young woman, I have always said that especially having parents like John and Marlena, but the simple fact is that the actress chose to leave and she doesn't want to come back. I can't blame her she is young and wants to try new things....Now please don't take this the wrong way, but maybe Kirstin fans should give Martha a chance. I think she is doing a superb job....
I loved KS as Belle. I think it is unfair to say she was imature, she played the character the way it was written. Given the chance I think she would do an amazing job as an adult Belle. I have nothing against Martha, but Kirsten is my favorite. She and Jason had such great chemistry. In Martha's defense she hasn't had many scenes with anyone other that "Phil" and he is not that great, Jay was so much better.
She is a competent actress and she is pretty. That's all I can really say. She's just not very believable unless she is happy. When she was upset, I never believed, ever. Martha is just a better actress, point blank. Although, it's JMO! : )
