Before the end of the year, it will be revealed that Andre switched places with Tony several months ago.
Look for:
Sami and Lucas to get married before Christmas.
Sami will learn at her wedding that John and Kate will be leaving town after the wedding.
Sami forces Lucas to follow them instead of going on their honeymoon. Sami believes they have a secret and they will.
Big New Year's Eve:
Hope moves in with Jennifer because of Bo and Billies chase for Georgia - during this time Hope and Patrick will share a midnight kiss unaware a jealous Jennifer and the actual Georgia (Abbey's friend) watches.
Look for Georgia to use what she saw to get Billie and Bo together in the future.
Sami, Kate and John will find Roman and Marlena together.
Lucas will stumble upon Tony and . . . . . Stepheno!
I can't speak to whether or not this particular set of "spoilers" is correct, but here's some old stuff posted by "katefaninorlando." You can judge for yourself.
Personally, I don't credit this current one AT ALL because of how far off the June ones were.
From June 19, Coffeerooms:
Week after the 4th of July: Bo, Hope, Phillip and Belle all close in to save Shawn D but something goes wrong and Jan accidently kills Bo which will send him to the island.
Jan escapes and Shawn D will set out to find her. He is not alone as Belle, Phillip, Rex and Mimi follow him. Jan will make a shocking call to her - FATHER!!!
Hattie begins working for Bonnie and that will cause tension for John, Kate and Sami!
Sami's plan to set up Kate does not work as Kate set Sami up with the help of John.
Bo will go to the island and quickly spot what seems to be a boy roaming the island - but it will turn out to be a young girl - he has a connection to.
Hope and Patrick begin spending much time together and Patrick reveals to Hope that he is an ISA member sent by Shane to watch matters in Salem.
Jan's father will be revealed by the end of the summer. He is a man from Salem's past but NOT Stepheno!

From what I understand the ending of the island sets the stage for what is being talked about as FALL-OUT FALL!
Many couples will try to get their lives back on track but one former couple will not get back together!
The missing boy (actually girl) will bother Bo and with the help of Billie they search for answers!
One major character will NOT make it past the island rescue but will be a hero in death!
I believe the following characters are being written out: Nicole, Grandpa Shawn and - Belle ( Belle will return early in 2005! )
One of the male characters will have a secret exposed which will shock friends and family.
Craig and Nancy return to Salem!
I forgot to mention the reason Craig and Nancy return.
The show will build more on them and the hopes of their oldest daughter returning is what DAYS really wants! The might consider recasting if needed.
Members of Craig's family will emerge over the next couple of years. The Wesley's will be the new major family in town and Nancy will NOT lose any of her humor and charm.
