Those are probably the few core characters on DAYS.

If I had to choose one of these characters, I would have to choose John. He has already been so many different people, what's one more? He is being drugged for a reason. Maybe TPTB will have him slip into a coma and when he comes out he will be Calliope or someone else we haven't seen in a long time. On Days anything is possible.

Who could be more "different" than Mickey??? I miss the real Mickey Horton.
