I suppose Stephen Nichols isn't returning to the show now. I don't blame him with the way Reilly is screwing things up around there. Stephen and Mary Beth deserve much better!

I love Stephen Nichols and Mary Beth Evan I missed them as Patch and Kayla, I wanted Patch,Kayla,Kim,Shane
to come back to Days, not like this with JER screw up with Days not worth to bring them back to show. I rather see JER get fired I want Days Rehired Sheri Anderson she is best writer she one can bring back Patch,Kayla,Kim,Shane,Melissa,Mike,etc.... right now what I see Days not what it used to be, what pointless to bring them back,

Days has been in talks with Stephen Nichols off and on. They are off now and I don't think anything will develop. I knew when MBE signed on with ATWT for a year that there would not be a Patch/Kayla return. JMHO

JERk had a chance to revise the Johnson family. He opted not to do so. Even to the point of hiring Judi Evans for the role Bonnie Lockhart. He created the Robert/Reed family in 93 and now the Lockharts, they are his creations and thus he is forcing them on the fans; he does not care for the Johnsons. Jack's search for Steve would have been a great storyline. Jennifer would have been involved, as would Bo and Hope. They could even tie back to the whole Pawn storyline. Back when Steve was in his Patch persona he found and kept the Pawn. They could tie into the fact that he was taking about a year before "Roman" and Marlena returned. Jo and Vern were in town, and with Judi back they had the foundations for a story.

The Johnsons were a lower class family. Despite the pig Duke, they were not vulgar and disgusting like the Lockharts. They had their own class and wisdom. Get rid of the Lockharts, and the Robert/Reeds -- however keep Lucas -- and bring back the Johnsons. Stories for them would get viewers back, and the ratings up.
