If he lives at a marine base why doesn't he take his new bride there. My brother is a marine and he and his wife live on base.They have loads of support from other families and lots of friends and services. Or if Phillip doesn't he move Belle into the Kirakis mansion. He wants to keep Belle from Shawn and vice-versa it's so simple.

Seriously though, I don't know much about the marines but Belle wouldn't move in with him at the base for plot reasons - Phil goes to war which will allow shawn and belle to bond - or have an affair....grr
