So Jack is close to home. What, did the FREIGHTER cross half of the US? It was stupid enough that he could even get a frieght IN BAVARIA, which is in the middle of Europe, in the ALPS, hundreds of miles from any sea which could reach the Atlantic. Now he is able to get from the East Cost through much of the US on that same freighter. Sheesh, nice to see that the people writing this show have such a knowledge of world and US geography, and I feared that the news was exaggerating the ignorance Americans had about geography.
"Jack hears a radio signal from Salem and realizes he is close to home." HUH? Isn't Salem a city in the Midwest?? Maybe JER had a canal dug from New JERsy, through Pennsyvannia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, etc. What a STUPID idea. OR, maybe the freighter decided to go south around Florida and up to Lousiana and up the Mississippi River? Moron.
