I thought the same thing. There have been rumors and spoilers of this for a while, maybe that's why Mimi still hasn't told Rex about the abortion, because in the end she is still pregnant!! wonder if she will just play it out or actually tell him what really happened?? omg I hope it's true! finally a story that will make me come back, as I have stopped watching, and I am only a spoiler/early edtioner. lol. If that makes sense.

I would say it is more than likely a botched abortion that is getting her sick. Although, it could just be all the stress!!

On Days, every time a woman faints she ends up being preggers. You can count on it.
