Over at soaps opera network there is strong possiblitity that she may return with Billy, they go on to says she is did an interviwe with someone and Ross said she is done with Primetime and wants to work aroung the schedule of her kids now, and she would like to comeback to daytime at days and Days has always been her home.
Tell him I would LOVE to see a Nick & Eve reunion! No matter whether their relationship was, right or wrong, in the end you knew that Nick loved her. I really enjoyed all their scenes together.

That is funny, because as soon as I read this topic I was thinking the same thing. Two Sami's in town could be a nightmare, however it could also be a lot of fun to watch. I liked Eve, she was one of my faves when I was a teen/early twenties.
From an interview I remember Charlotte was NONE TOO HAPPY they fired George who played Nick. I found it interesting that they killed him off Halloween, and started working on the Eve/Francoissseee pairing in December, and heavily during the Train Wreck storyline, yet she opted not to renew her contract. I just never saw a connection between her and Warlock. She seemed to enjoy the fauxmarriage stuff with Matt, though. I was on rec.arts.tv.soaps in 90 and there was quite a bit of negativity towards the killing of Nick, and many posters really wanted Frankie out of Salem as soon as he arrived. The fans were all hoping for a story with Nick not dead, that he was being put in protective custody by the ISA, and it had to do with Steve not really being murdered. Give me Nick any day over the boring, sanctimonious Frankie. Nick was complex, and despite being an ex-pimp had sophistication. We need a classy place like his Wings. It was more interesting than Tuscany too, back then the Salemites would go there and romance would bloom. I frankly hated how Francoisssseee always harped on Eve because she was a bit devious. He seemed to have no tolerance in anyone who was not perfect. He seemed to always want to mold her into a Jennifer clone, not the 90 Jennifer but the teen Jennifer. Nick loved Eve, and wanted what was best for her, he realized her imperfections and did not chastise nor try to mold her into someone else. Though, I must admit, I did like Nick with April, though even more than Eve because I always felt he was rather old for Eve. Though, I liked the affection Nick and Eve had for each other. The Eve/Nick/April trianlge was the only triangle I ever enjoyed, normally I really cannot stand one of the members, or all the members. With Eve, Nick and April I liked them all .
That would be so awesome if Nick were still alive! It made no sense that Nick was Steve's murderer when he spent the better part of a year trying to redeem himself.
Eve and Nick were a great couple. And I agree that Eve was so wrong for Frankie.
I love Charlotte Ross as Eve, but like Steve and Kayla, I shudder to think what JER would do to her if she returned. Besides, with Kate, Sami, Nicole and Jan, is there really any room for a character like Eve? Also, Eve was a more dimensional character; and I have no hope at all that JER could really write for her anymore than he can for Jack.
I don't really care to see Frankie back. He's like the "Billie Reed" character for J&J. Seen it, done it, have the t-shirt. There's no need for him anymore. Now if Wally Kurth (recently fired from GH) were to return as Justin Kiriakis, that would be a different story!
That is why we on rats -- rec.art.tv.soaps -- at that time wanted Nick to really be alive. Steve was the one who protected Nick after the accident and Nick was faking his death, burned and scarred from the fire. Nick gave Steve and Kayla their home -- it was that home he hid out, and were Eddy Reed took Eve. It was in that house that Nick hid the money he and Eddy stole from Harper. It just made no sense that after all Nick did to turn respectible that he would find people to blow up Bo's boat. I hated how TPTB ruined Nick in the end, making it "acceptible" that he died. When Frankie came back, I hated that it appeared they got rid of George/Nick to force feed Billy/Francoissssseeee. The net at that time hated Frankie for his sanctimonious remarks about Jack; though most people realized he was not really an obstacle; they really hated the way he was pairied with Eve, and treated her. As I said, there were quite a few Nick fans on RATS, and they resented the killing of his character to promote the twerp Francoissssseeeeeee -- everyone would cheer when Jack feminized his real name.
Whoa...Wally Kurth fired from GH?? That could mean a real Kirkakis could come back to DAYS! Wonder how they would deal with Judi Evans and the Bonnie/Adrienne characters. Perhaps she could play "dual" roles. Hmmm...it's been done before. I'm starting to like that idea! Oh...bring back Justin!!
Judi would not even have to play dual roles. They could make a quick end to her character. Someone discover she is a con artist and she is shipped off to jail, or just leaves town after she is outted as the vulgar golddigger she is. Then do as they have done with the vets, give her a two week vacation and have Judi return, with a different hair style and wearing different types of clothes, and voila she is back to being Adrienne.
I LOVE Bonnie! I don't care for the way they are writing for Mickey & Maggie, but the way Bonnie was at the hospital makes me wonder if they are trying to redeem her.
As far as Wally coming back as Justin, they could easily have him come in and the kids could come with Judi when school lets out for the year (which is usually August for DAYS!). In the meantime, they could find a replacement for Judi's character of Bonnie.
