This week's TV Guide said DAYS is going to have Tony use Sami as his personal weapon of mass destruction against the good people of Salem. It said he would use mind control on Sami to have her help him execute his evil plans. It also said this, in the words of James Reilly himself, "Also, depending on how contract negotiations go, we're planning to reignite past love affairs by bringing some old faces back to the show." Would anyone else like to see a Rex/Sarah Horton pairing if Mimi and Lucas end up together? I wonder who they would have in mind to bring back? Obviously, JERk is bringing back Frankie to wreck Jack and Jen's marriage, but who else does he have in mind? It also said in the TV Guide that in April or May, a major character will go into critical condition and either die or be written off the show! Could this be Private Phil, who knows what goes on inside JERk's head. Just thought I would pass it along!
I always thought Heather would make a good Sarah (Curtis) Horton. She is connected to the Hortons but here only biological sibling is Noelle who has not been seen for nearly twenty years; therefore, Sarah can get involved with any male on the show. The actress could pass for the child of Maggie and Neil. She would actually be the right age too since Sarah was born in late 81 or early 82 -- I cannot remember. Though I think that Eric will jump ship ASAP, and with Cassie more than likely not returning or if she does disappearing immediately afterwards, I think the alien tweens will just vanish after the summer.
I sure hope you are right about the Alien Tweens disappearing. I hated the way they were introduced and I have never liked either of them. I would like to forget that the "gemini" ever happened. DAYS does not need Cassie or Rex. I'd also like it if Mimi got lost in space somewhere. A totally useless character in my opinion.

I can't imagine Lucas and Mimi as a couple. I haven't liked Mimi for a while even more so after recent story lines. I have always enjoyed Lucas even when he is being an idiot. So no can't see this pairing, I don't think they would go together at all.
I agree, and I saw some publicity photos of Leann with Thaao from about 2003. She still looks great. They still look very sexy and sophisticated together. Though this cartoon, psycho Tony would not fit with her Anna. Tony was the straight man to Anna's greedy schemes. Anna was devious but she would never fall for this psychotic, sadistic Tony. Back in 84, she was the one to figure out Tony was not Tony -- back when André was impersonating him.
I think that Anna should come back, after hearing her ex has gone psycho. Then she should go to DiMera Castle and prove that this was Andre all along, not the real Tony. Along the way, she could rescue Roman and Marlena while she's at it.
Why is he doing this? Ali performance brought tears to my eyes! She is such a wonderful actress. Isnt Kate being the "villian" enough?! Why did the writer/s have to ruin such a wonderful storyline in LUMI??? I know the maternity leave, however I can't see why Sami cant just expose Kate for what she is and make the LUMI power couple so many fans are just begging for!
I hate the idea of Lucas and Mimi- I dont even want to see that!

Ok...I'm going to give DAYS until Sami comes back from maternity leave. After that, if my couples (or at least most of them) aren't back together, I'm gone for good. And that is coming from a viewer of almost 30 years.
