Within the context of the spoilers, it sounds like John is saying to Kate "give me the drugs or I won't tell you what I know about Phillip's whereabouts". Remember, he is trying to help with the search for Phillip as much as he can in his current condition (he phoned Shane Donovan). He may be pretending to know something so he can get those drugs from her- or maybe he does find something out....my guess is that he is just trying to coerce her into giving him the drugs.
