With Jack being sick and all...I'm sure that the return of Frankie is to be a shoulder to cry on for Jennifer.Obviously sparking buried emotions...It really is horrible that Jack is sick after just being through hell and back already. Maybe Billie and Frankie??? Who knows...

Probably not Frankie and Billie because I believe that in the actors use to be engaged (or was it married?) and are now broken up, so probably wouldn't be together on screen I would guess.
