Alice of course has five, Addy and Tommy (the twins), Mickey, Bill and Marie. Though all her kids are from the same man. Unlike Kate, Billie and Austin by whatshis name, Lucas by Bill Horton, the alien twins Cassie and Rex by Roman, Philip by Victor. Though with the alien twins and Philip she did not actually carry them.
In the DiMera family history there is no mention of Greta being Stefano's daughter. I think they made it extremely unclear whether or not it was John Black or Stefano.
Actually, Stefano only has 5 biological kids: Tony (although some say that he is not Stefano's son due to a rewrite in history), Renee, Lexie, Megan and Benji. Stefan adopted Peter and Kristen after their parents were presumed dead in an explosion caused by Stefano, himself. As far as Greta goes, we are not exacly sure that Greta is Stefano's daughter. All we do know is that John is not her father. The possibilities are still endless.
Kristin & Peter's mother was Rachel Blake AKA The "Lady In White", they showed her a couple of times, she always had half of her face covered with a hankerchief, because she had alot of scars.
