RULING:
The EDA has no allegiance to any commercial industry or section. Any bias shown to any commercial concern could possibly show the EDA in bad light.
Also by implying that any two or more types of a drink should be able to be imbibed at once could be construed as 'disrespecting' said ancient and revered imbibement (in the case of malts etc) and again may be considered as showing the EDA in abad light.

I do agree though that if chargesd are brought against said 'member' then he must have sufficient time to prepare his defence..how does till 30th March grab the folk in concern?
