It has been announced that Hitchy will NOT be serving his ( HER? ) punishment. The said offender has posted below refusing to carry out his sentence this weekend, as all other members who have been tried befor the EDA have complyed with the rules of the judge surely this should not be allowed!
I hereby propose that said sentence SHOULD be carried out and that a further punishment should be given for defiance.
Judge Scuff give your verdict!

What exactly did the young 'un do to warrant such a punishment? Now, I know that he's never been averse to trying to get into ladies' clothing, but I never thought that he had the inclination to actually wear them Someone please enlighten me. Thanks.

...it was Hitchy who adopted me as his hockey Mum. Having a brood of my own, I'm not sure that I needed another one, but the poor little thing looked so sad - I didn't have the heart to turn him down !
The reason for all this is that he FAILED in his duties as President of the EDA and updater of the EDA website to maintain an up to date list of members; not only this but certain descriptions of 'members on the list were either untrue or lets say, a little elaborate...when asked to make alterations he failed to respond and despite several attempts by txt (and EVERYBODY knows Hitchy loves his phone!! ) he ignored those attempts to contact him.
when he finally acknowledged the problem he tried to get out of it by 'offering inducements' to EDA court officials..
