Cindy is knowledgeable and whatever she says has truth AND flair. There is nothing harsh about it nor rude. If you are going to be in business - be in BUSINESS. Deal with the reality of what it requires. We need to start taking responsibility for ourselves - and quit playing entitlement or "I didn't know". Now you know. DO something about it. It is NOT personal. It is BUSINESS.
