You must have been auditioning some YOUNG singers.
In general good advice-I disagree about panels asking for materials....as unprofessional as it is to give attitude when asked, it is equally unprofessional to ask for subsequent copies with no notification. It's bothersome that audition panels get off on these small details....if materials are requested at the time of the submitted application, then truthfully the panel needs to have enough forethought-whether that be an email requesting copies brought along or a secretary that can make copies for the panel. Young singers already have a lot to think about without some panel "checking them off" for not having paperwork.
