If any teacher ever laid a hand on me, I would probably haul off and wack em right back. NO excuse for that EVER. Mental abuse is just as bad. If you like paying for abuse, then hire a dominatrix as someone else here said. A teacher who will tell you the blunt unvarnished truth without being nasty or abusive, great! But someone with psych issues to the point where they'd abuse someone should NEVER be a teacher. Inexcusable, period!
