Nexium

I too had bad reflux laryngitis, and used prilosec for about 5 years. It never fully contained my symptoms. As soon as I switched to Nexium (40 mg. once daily) I noticed a huge difference. Prilosec and Nexium are supposed to be almost the same drug, but for me Nexium works much better. I've never tried anything else.
