So I'm only 35 pounds away from a healthy, adult weight for the first time in my
life.
I was trucking along using good nutrition, exercise and sheer determination. I lost 85lbs, was 25lbs away from my long-term goal, and the world exploded. Life just threw a curve ball, and...well, lets just say I'm not adept at juggling nutritional planning and disaster management.
So I went waaaaaaay off track, gained 10lbs in ~4 weeks, and now am finding myself doubting whether I can get back on the wagon. But I have to try.
It seems silly to ask for good vibes for this, but I'm determined to reach a healthy weight for once in my life, and any good bits floating in the ether can only help.
