Question for you though...by "covered and uncovered," do you mean with a condom or without, or uncircumcised or circumcised? If it's the latter, no, at least not in my book...if it's the former, then to tell you the truth, not really either...there are time when you can tell, if you're not all that "excited," then being covered can be a bit irritating. However, if you're ready to go, it doesn't really feel much different.
Not that I would know...
And I don't know about sex guru lol...I'm sure there are plenty on this forum that better qualify for that title!
