I'm a mosquito bite size, and it didn't hurt a bit. I was amazed that they managed to find enough to do a mamogram frankly, but as the other poster said - they grab some shoulder tissue too.
I think you can pretty much figure out before hand what it's going to feel like. Just take your breast and compress it with your hands (no - not with the garage door - as the joke goes).
