I can honestly say that it made me physically tired for a great many years but I had to be on it b/c of an ovarian tumor I had when I was very young.
I took estrostep which didn't make me gain weight and didn't really affect my high notes as in a b or c but I noticed that my extension was more difficult to attain. Estrostep is a low dose hormone. Truthfully, the thing that bothered me the most about being on the pill was the fact that I was exhausted all the time. For 7 dang years.
