Response to Question for those of you who experience vocal changes on The Pill

I was on ortho tri cyclen for most of my twenties. I actually thought I sang better on it! (As did my teacher - haha!) Did lots of stuff that required high E's and even some F's without trouble. But it made me an emotional MESS every month before my period.

I then was on the most evil pills of all pills ever created - Yasmin - for a year. Evil.

Then I switched to Estrostep and have been on that ever since. (Almost four years?) I still have my high E's (haven't been doing any roles lately with F's) and can still float without trouble.

Perhaps it's just not the right pill for you. You might have to try a couple before you find the right one. I happen to love my Estrostep (except the price tag - it's expensive, and our insurance doesn't cover contraception.)
