Response to Hmmmm.......!

I use the 3% Oral Hydrogen Peroxide that is like 97 cents for a gigunda bottle in the first aid section of the local stores. I was very hesitate about taking a gulp the first time since I've only used it on infected cuts before but it's really worked wonders. Just be super careful not to swallow any. It gently foams in your mouth as it hits the bacteria but there is no stinging like Listerine and since I brush directly afterwards there is no aftertaste. It's not strong enough to give you glamorous white teeth but my teeth no longer get stained from all the coffee and tea I drink and I just had a fabulous dental check-up with reversed gum recession and no more bleeding gums as well after a full year. Of course the flossing and brushing with a good Oral B electric toothbrush all contributed to my dental hygiene as well.
