Okay that is worse than I thought. I wasn't paying that much attention but usually when there's a sex tape of a famous woman it was made without her knowledge or consent (and if that were the case then no one should ever see it and she should sue the crap out of everyone involved in making it and distributing it. No release form, no taping/filming/distributing/period.)
