Hi folks, just got my new upper shaft kit from kanters auto. Ford manual says to torque bushings to 160-190 ftlbs while keeping shaft centered. Seems like 120 ft-lbs is all I can put on the bushings. They keep turning. I'm afraid if I keep torquing, they will bind up the inner shaft. Anybody replaced bushings lately? I greased the inside in the bushings where the upper shaft threads in, but not the outer thread of the bushings. Any help appreciated.
