No, it's not a last minute problem--Fridays are usually totally open for me except for my VERY part time retail job, which I can usually get covered anyway. But it looks like I'll be going to NYC that weekend. And as much as I'd love to see you guys, I'd rather have a lesson...or two...
Edited to add: another Friday night would probably work for me, but probably not in November. The group I direct may be performing the following Friday, and then it's Thanksgiving, and that's why I'm trying to go to NYC on the 13th.
