I've got a friend in need of a roommate for his 2BR apartment in Cincinnati. His roommate got engaged and is moving out, so he needs someone starting in September. Just wanted to see if any of you guys know anyone moving to Cincinnati this fall or if any of you personally are looking for a new place. My friend's name is Brian, and he's a 29 year-old second-year student in the master's in mental health counseling program at UC. He's nice, easy to get along with, laid back, has a good taste in music, and I've been turning him on to opera lately.

It's in the Clifton area, where the parking is pretty bad. I lived in NYC for 5 years, and I would say the parking situation is comparable :/
I'm actually about to add a new post about my condo after finishing this one. It sounds as though my friend has gotten some responses from people on here as well as on craigslist, but if you're interested in buying, I've got a condo for sale!
Is it out of the question to find a place that is close to UC but also has a parking space? I'm coming next month to look for an apt and need to adjust my expectations now.
but I imagine not very easy. I don't live up there, and I didn't look up there either since we bought our place in NKY instead, so I don't consider myself the most reliable source on that. However, it seems like few if any of my friends who live around there have off-street parking. Best of luck! Are you coming to CCM next year?
